News 12 has obtained footage soon after Rye Brook Police arrived at 14 1/2 Westview Ave. where a woman was found unconscious.

Officers located 37-year-old Samantha Maldacker inside the residence unconscious and not breathing
According to the felony complaint, 30-year-old Hugo Soto-Diaz allegedly strangled Maldacker, causing her to lose consciousness.
She remained in critical condition for several days but died this week.
Soto—Diaz was charged with second-degree attempted murder and is being held at Westchester County Jail, according to police.
There is no update yet if the charges will be upgraded.
A cause of death has not been determined.
