A Bronx man has been indicted in connection to a chain-reaction crash near the Apollo Theater in Harlem back in March.

According to court documents, Kevin Crosby, 49, is facing homicide and drug-related charges. Prosecutors say that Crosby was under the influence while driving along West 125th Street in Harlem when he lost control of his SUV. He fatally struck 28-year-old Zacarias Darly, a delivery worker from the Bronx, who died from blunt force injuries to the head and neck.

Crosby also struck another delivery driver as well as a parked NYPD car before lodging his car under a semi-truck.
