Body‑camera footage from Justin Timberlake’s 2024 DWI arrest in Sag Harbor has been ordered released with redactions, according to filed court documents.

Records filed Thursday previously stated that attorneys for the pop star and the Village of Sag Harbor made “substantial progress” toward resolving the dispute over whether the footage can be released.

Earlier this month, Timberlake filed a lawsuit seeking to block the Sag Harbor Village Police Department from releasing the bodycam video connected to his June 2024 arrest.

The legal action argued that releasing the footage could violate his rights and cause unwarranted harm.

Timberlake ultimately accepted a plea deal in the case, reducing the charge to a traffic violation.
