Justin Timberlake is suing Sag Harbor Village and their police department.

The pop star is trying to stop the agencies from releasing body camera video of his DWI arrest.

Timberlake's lawyers claim the footage would "devastate" his privacy and cause "severe and irreparable harm" to his reputation.

As News 12 has reported, the 45-year-old took a plea deal that amounted to a traffic violation after the June 2024 incident.

At the Sept. 2024 court appearance, the judge agreed to reduce Timberlake’s sentence from DWI to DWAI.

He was also required to make a public service announcement, complete community service, pay a fine, and his license was suspended for 90 days.

News 12 has reached out to the village for comment and are waiting to hear back.
