Pop star Justin Timberlake pleads guilty to impaired driving in Sag Harbor case

Timberlake was arrested in June after village police said he ran a stop sign and smelled of alcohol.

Pop star Justin Timberlake pleaded guilty Friday to impaired driving in his Sag Harbor case.
Timberlake was arrested in June after village police said he ran a stop sign and smelled of alcohol.
The 43-year-old says he only had one drink.
In court, the judge agreed to reduce Timberlake’s sentence from DWI to DWAI.
Timberlake is required to make a public service announcement and complete 24 hours of community service to a nonprofit of his choice.
Timberlake also has a $500 fine and $260 surcharge.
His license is suspended for 90 days.
