A Woodmere man living in Jerusalem spoke to News 12 about the attack on Iran as tensions continue to rise in the Middle East.

Despite the public’s hope for peace, Sammy Tisser says conflict is something resident have learned to navigate on a daily basis.

“I've been in shelter about three times today. And I've heard a lot of explosions over me,” he said.

Tisser says only essential services are open and many people are staying close to shelters.
