The former President of Adelphi University is now facing additional charges.

Christine Riordan, of Garden City, was originally charged with DWI after crashing onto Long Island Rail Road tracks.

Online court documents show Riordan was recently arraigned on added charges of criminal mischief and reckless endangerment.

Police tell News 12 she was driving drunk when she hit two parked cars and went through the metal guardrail.

The incident happened at the Nassau Boulevard station on Sept. 30.

No one was hurt.

Riordan's attorney, Steven Gaitman says his client was not drinking and driving, and they are working with forensic experts to prove the vehicle malfunctioned.

She is due back in court on Oct. 15.
