A car crash left a 28-year-old man seriously injured Friday night in Greenlawn, according to police.
Authorities say Christian Western struck a utility pole around 4 p.m. in front of 315 Broadway. The pole fell due to the impact.
Resident Marco Chinchilla told News 12 the accident happened in front of his house, which is across the street from a church.
He says it is at least the third time he’s witnessed a crash in the area.
"It would be wonderful if we could get a traffic light over here for safety and people for the church also,” said Chinchilla.
