3 accused of gunpoint hijacking of Apple delivery truck at Americana Manhasset

Hundreds of cars blocked the road during a street takeover incident Saturday evening in Deer Park, according to police.

Authorities say the cars were performing donuts and burnouts around 4:30 p.m. on Long Island Avenue and Commack Road.

The Suffolk Street Takeover Task Force arrested and issued summons to three people. Four BMWs were also impounded.

The arrested individuals are set to appear in court on July 18.
