Police say the driver of a Jeep that overturned on the Southern State Parkway only has a learner permit.

One person was ejected from the Jeep Thursday after it crashed near eastbound Exit 39, police say.

They say all five teenagers inside the Jeep suffered injuries not considered to be life-threatening.

The 16-year-old driver received a ticket.
