Court documents: Cold Spring Hills files motion to stay open after announcing closure

Cold Spring Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation has now filed paperwork to stay open.
The decision came after an agreement was reached with the facility’s proposed buyer.
A judge still needs to sign off on the agreement.
