President Donald Trump took office last week and issued a slew of executive orders as promised. What does the first week of the second trump presidency tell us about what's to come? Former congressional candidates and local lawmakers Josh Lafazan and Mike Lipetri weigh in.

Also, Gov. Kathy Hochul has unveiled her proposed state budget for 2026. And it would include an increase in school aid. It would jump by four-point-seven percent overall. The crucial foundation aid would go up by a minimum of 2% - the single biggest source of school funding. The final version of the budget is due in April.

State Sen. Patricia Canzoneri-Fitzpatrick helps break it all down with Rich Barrabi.
