Residents at a Mount Eden apartment building say they have not had consistent heat since October.

Wanda Leary tells News 12 she is fed up with being cold in her apartment at 1455 Grand Concourse. She says that she filed 311 complaints after her apartment lost heat in October.

"I have not been getting heat, so I got sick. And being sick, I haven't been to work in two weeks," Leary said.

News 12 saw maintenance crews working on the issue at Leary's apartment.

Krauss Management confirmed they are dealing with the situation. They told News 12 that they were putting in new piping throughout the complex and weren’t sure when the heat issue would be resolved.
