A Bellport man has been arrested for killing a woman found unresponsive in a gas station parking lot in Yaphank, according to Suffolk County police.

Michael McHenry is charged with the murder of 30-year-old Juliann Bachmann, of Bellport.

As previously reported by News 12, Bachmann was discovered injured inside a vehicle at a Speedway gas station on Horseblock Road Saturday morning. She was transported to NYU Langone Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

McHenry was taken into custody about 12 hours after Bachmann was found unresponsive.

The 40-year-old man is expected to be arraigned on Sunday.
