Police say a Riverhead man has been arrested for driving drunk with two children in the car.

According to police, the incident happened Sunday night in Riverhead.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on Doris Avenue and say they noticed the driver, Aquilino Gonzalez Salinas was under the influence.

A 4-year-old and 11-year-old were in the car.

Gonzalez Salinas is expected to face a judge.
