Police say a man is facing charges after an alleged knifepoint robbery in Riverhead.

Police say they responded to Griffing Avenue just before 10 p.m. Sunday.

News 12 has been told Noah McDermott allegedly stole Oakley sunglasses from a 19-year-old at knifepoint.

Police arrested him as he was trying to get away.
