Storytelling through song – that is where Long Island native Justin Levine shines.
Levine is nominated for three Tony Awards for his work on the Broadway show “The Outsiders.” He told News 12 his Northport teachers helped him get there.
“Northport High School has an amazing arts program…You walk in there and it was just like a really special place to grow up and it really kind of fostered creativity,” said Levine.
Levine is nominated for awards in the categories for book, score and orchestrations.
