Gov. Hochul signed a bill Tuesday in honor of a Holbrook teenager.

"Angelica's Law" makes it a felony to drive with five or more suspensions instead of the current 10.

Dawn Nappi has been fighting for the law in her daughter's memory for nearly 16 years. Her 14-year-old child was killed by a driver in Medford whose license had been suspended seven times.
