A Brentwood man has been charged for allegedly breaking into a house and sexually abusing a 4-year-old girl while she was sleeping.

Police say 27-year-old Darwin Barbacastillo entered through a back door of a Bay Shore home in October and walked into the girl's bedroom.

They say the incident was caught on camera. The father says he checked surveillance video and recognized Barbacastillo as someone he had met through mutual friends.
