Police: 14-year-old struck by vehicle outside Levittown high school

Sources say the student was airlifted to Cohen Children’s Medical Center. The teen is in stable condition, according to police.

A 14-year-old was struck by a vehicle outside Division Avenue High School in Levittown, according to police.

The crash happened shortly before 4 p.m. on Division Avenue.

The Levittown School District identified the victim as a female student.

Superintendent Todd Winch wrote in a statement, “Our thoughts and prayers are with the student and her family this evening. We will support them in any way needed in the days ahead.”

A Mazda SUV was seen parked in the middle of the closed street as police investigated.

Sources say the student was airlifted to Cohen Children’s Medical Center. The teen is in stable condition, according to police.
