NEW: Some visibility issues overnight as fog develops across the region. There will be better air quality on Sunday.

NOW: A tad hazy but dry and seasonable.

NEXT: Showers and storms arrive Sunday morning. A sunny break Sunday afternoon before more storms arrive for Sunday evening.

FORECAST:

OVERNIGHT: Cloudy with patchy fog. Lows in the upper-60s. Winds south 5 to 10mph.

SUNDAY: Cloudy and muggy. Some moderate showers early in the day with storms in the evening. Some storms could have heavy rain and gusty winds. Highs in the upper-70s, lows in the upper-60s.

MONDAY: Sun and clouds, with a pop-up afternoon storm. Humid and warmer. Highs in the mid-80s, lows near 70.

TUESDAY -- INDEPENDENCE DAY: Sun and clouds. Turning hot. Highs mid-to upper-80s. Lows near 70.

WEDNESDAY: Sun and clouds, hot with highs near 90. Lows near 70.
