NYPD: Kenneth Palache, of Huntington, charged in Brooklyn crash that killed 9-year-old

A man from Huntington is facing a slew of charges in a crash that killed a girl in the Canarsie section of Brooklyn yesterday. Police say 62-year-old Kenneth Palache, of Huntington, has been arrested.
