Police: Coachman Luxury Transport party bus driver Luis Guevara-Henriquz charged after teens were found drunk
Police say the driver of a party bus has been charged after 40 drunk teens were found at a rest area on Sunrise Highway in Hampton Bays. Police arrested Luis Guevara-Henriquz at around 9:30 p.m. Monday.
