Donald and Sarah Hayes, of Patchogue, arraigned for leaving 3 children alone in car
Police have arrested two people in Suffolk after their kids were left alone in a vehicle. Donald and Sarah Hayes, of Patchogue, were arraigned on three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
