Homeless man James Howley accused of stabbing man who wouldn't give him money; victim IDs Howley at hospital

A homeless man is under arrest today after he allegedly stabbed a man who wouldn't give him money. Police say James Howley was given a dollar from a man on Meacham Avenue in Hempstead yesterday afternoon.
