Thomas Brown Jr. accused of driving the wrong way during road rage

The man caught on camera driving the wrong way in a fit of rage has been arrested. Police say Thomas Brown Jr. was arrested at his Holbrook home yesterday. Cops tell News 12 Brown is the one caught
