Police ID driver that was killed in wrong-way Jericho crash

Police have identified a driver that was killed in a horrific wrong-way crash in Jericho. Investigators say Gustavo Palma, 23, drove eastbound in the westbound lanes of the LIE near exit 41 on Sunday.
