Police are searching for two people wanted for scrawling graffiti at the former and historic site of Dowling College.
Residents tell News 12 there have been issues with upkeep of the shuttered building, and people engaging in illegal activities.
Officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the males who painted graffiti in Oakdale last month.
Two males tagged “Love,” “Alone,” “soul,” and “Cant23” on buildings at the former Dowling College property, located at 150 Idle Hour Blvd. on March 8 at approximately 4:30 p.m.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
The incident is in addition to another incident that happened last week.
As News 12 has reported, a teen was also arrested for throwing a rock through the window of the shuttered building.
Police tell News 12 the teen confessed to doing it as part of a social media challenge targeting historic buildings.
