Nassau police are looking for two men who beat and tried to rob a man in a mall parking lot.
Authorities say a 42-year-old man was punched by one man while a second man tried to take a bag the victim was carrying.
It happened in the parking lot at the Westfield Sunrise Mall in Massapequa Monday night.
The suspects took off empty-handed.
Anyone with information about the attempted robbery is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
