Two people were injured when a fire broke out at the Sound Avenue Bistro Restaurant in Riverhead.
It happened around 10:40 p.m. Saturday.
Officials say the fire started in the kitchen. It was extinguished before patrol units arrived.
Two employees suffered burns and had to be airlifted to Stony Brook Hospital for treatment.
