Police are also on the hunt for two robbers in Uniondale.
Detectives say the 32-year-old victim was walking to his car on Fenimore Avenue around 4 a.m. Saturday when he was approached.
They say the suspects pushed the victim to the ground and took his wallet and gold chain.
He wasn't hurt.
