Police say two men were attacked and robbed Thursday night as they attempted to answer an online ad.
The men went to a Lorenz Avenue house to meet who they thought were the sellers of a Porsche. However, police say they were confronted by five black men and attacked before they could ring the doorbell. They say the attackers demanded money, at which point the victims gave up $50.
Police say the suspects then pulled a gun and demanded more money, but the victims were able to run away.
It was the second such attack in two weeks. Police believe the two are related. A Pennsylvania couple was attacked in Freeport in a similar situation.
