Parents in Nassau County can take their children to the Clark Athletic Center at SUNY Old Westbury.
In Suffolk, there is a site at the Research and Development Park at Stony Brook University.
Gov. Kathy Hochul says the sites are staffed with a network of pediatricians and health department officials.
