Police are trying to track down two gunmen after a teen was shot in Riverhead Friday night.
Officials say Deivi Perez, 19, was shot twice in the back as he walked home on Maple Avenue. It happened just before midnight.
The victim is undergoing surgery.
Witnesses are asked to call Riverhead police at 631-727-4500, ext. 610.
