The Nassau County Department of Health has lifted the advisory against bathing at 19 county beaches.
The department says all Nassau beaches operating for the 2015 season are now open.
On Friday, the health department had advised bathers to stay out of the water at 14 North Shore and five South Shore beaches.
The advisory was issued because of elevated bacteria levels due to storm water runoff following the early morning heavy rain.
