A teen is in critical condition after a crash in Woodmere.

The boy was riding a bicycle Tuesday evening when he was hit by a car, Nassau police say.

The collision happened on Branch Boulevard near Branch Gate around 7 p.m.

The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Police tell News 12 the 75-year-old driver of the car was not hurt and remained at the scene.
