Scripps National Spelling Bee competitor Brian Liu was back at Great Neck Middle School Monday.
The 11-year-old sixth grader made it all the way to the semifinals in the competition last week.
Liu excelled through five rounds, before misspelling the word "meralgia" which is a nerve pain that is especially intense.
