Officials say a head-on crash left a driver seriously injured on Ocean Parkway yesterday.
A viewer video sent to News 12 shows the injured driver being taken by helicopter to Nassau University Medical Center.
State police say the two-car crash happened just before 8 p.m. on Ocean Parkway just east of Wantagh Parkway.
Troopers do not know if it was a wrong-way accident or if a driver crossed over the median.
So far, no charges have been filed.
