'You never think this is going to happen in your own backyard.' Multiple Suffolk business owners say they were burglarized

Suffolk police tell News 12 they are investigating incidents at several business in the Ronkonkoma and Lake Ronkonkoma areas.

Suffolk police tell News 12 they are investigating incidents at several business in the Ronkonkoma and Lake Ronkonkoma areas.

"We're a small salon, you know, mom-and-pop-type business, you never think this is going to happen in your own backyard." said Amy Tancsik, owner of Salon LaCouture in Lake Ronkonkoma.

Tancsik tells News 12 that her salon and five other nearby businesses were also targeted.
