Jerry Leo works out four days a week.
She can do a three-minute plank - and she just turned 100.
“No matter what you’re feeling, you have to keep moving, whether you like it or not," she says.
Leo is a staple of the Bay Shore Y, which she considers a second home.
“All I can say is it pays to be 100.” She told friends, “Don’t be afraid to be 100," she said at her party.
