Police say the woman used a stolen credit card to make a purchase at Saks Fifth Avenue on Walt Whitman Road and a CVS on Jericho Turnpike on Dec. 22.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
