A Wheatley Heights man was indicted on rape charges for allegedly engaging in sexual acts with two 14-year-old girls.
Kemuel St. Juste, 26, is accused of using the Snapchat handle "k3mnyy" to contact the teens between December 2024 and June 2025, according to Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney's office.
According to the DA's investigation, St. Juste allegedly "quick-added" a 14-year-old female in December 2024 and arranged to meet her at TJ Maxx in South Setauket, where he allegedly had sex with her in a bathroom at the store.
Then in early January 2025, St. Juste allegedly picked the child up from her middle school and had sex with her in the backseat of his car. The teen then asked St. Juste to get her a pregnancy test and he allegedly attempted to have her perform oral sex on him, according to the DA's office's release.
The teen then told her mother about the incident because she believed she was pregnant.
In June 2025, St. Juste allegedly approached a different 14-year-old female at Smiths Point Beach and asked her to add him on Snapchat. They communicated on the app and then on June 28, 2025, St. Juste allegedly met the victim and had sex with her in a Port Jefferson parking lot. The second victim reported St. Juste to police last month.
The police linked St. Juste to the Snapchat handle and connected him to both teens and placed him under arrest. He was arraigned on the indictment on Feb. 13.
St. Juste faces three counts of rape, one count of attempted rape and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He is due back in court on March 25.
Anyone who believes they or their child is a victim of St. Juste or recognizes his Snapchat handle, is requested to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477).
