INGREDIENTS:

Smoked Salmon Quiche

¼ lb. Smoked Salmon

1/8 lb. Baby Spinach

1/8 lb. Red Onion (minced)

¼ lb. Cream Cheese

½ cup Heavy Cream

3 ea. Whole Eggs (beaten)

½ lb. Cheddar (shredded)

1 ea. 9” Pie Shell (par baked)

DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl add the cream cheese and heavy cream and mix until the cream cheese has absorbed the cream.

Add the eggs, onion and mix until all are blended well.

Add the smoked salmon, cheddar, spinach and mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Transfer the quiche mixture to the par baked pie shell and cook at 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until the center of the quiche is firm to the touch.
