Corned Beef Single Stromboli
• Sauerkraut: 2oz
• Thousand Island dressing: 1.3 oz
• Deli mustard: 0.7oz
• Corned beef: 5.3oz
• Swiss cheese: 2.7oz
Filling:
Drain sauerkraut thoroughly; squeeze out excess liquid.
In a bowl, combine:
Sauerkraut
Corned beef (chopped)
Swiss cheese (shredded)
Thousand island dressing
Deli mustard
Mix until evenly incorporated.
Portion 10 ounces filling per stromboli. Hold refrigerated.
10-ounce dough ball
1. Stretch dough ball to 9” by 6”
2. Add corned beef and Swiss cheese filling in center long ways
3. Fold over each dough
4. Place stromboli in greased pan
5. Egg wash and score 4 times
6. Bake at 360* for 35 minutes
