Paterson, Newark, Teterboro, Ridgewood and Medford Lakes were just a few cities
voting.
Several incumbent mayors were elected to another term, including Paterson Mayor Andre Sayegh. He is the first mayor to win re-election in Paterson in 16 years.
Other mayors re-elected include Newark Mayor Ras Baraka and Ocean City Mayor Jay Gillian.
