Officials are warning about potential antisemitic protests in the Village of Cedarhurst.
The village says a threat surfaced on social media. It urged people to take part in antisemitic and anti-Israel protests at Barnard and Central avenues.
A Nassau police spokesman tells News 12 that the commissioner spoke to village officials regarding the locations named in the post.
The department remains in contact with numerous intelligence agencies and says there is no credible threat at this time.
