A Uniondale man accused of forcibly touching multiple women inside Walmart stores across Nassau County was arraigned in court Sunday.
The most recent incident happened on Friday when a 27-year-old woman told police she was groped while shopping at a store in Westbury.
Police arrested 32-year-old Benjamin Francis on Saturday following an investigation, which included the use of store surveillance video.
Francis was also allegedly involved in two other forcible touching incidents.
According to police, Francis forcibly touched a 28-year-old woman at a Walmart in Uniondale on June 13.
They say he did it again a few weeks later on July 11 at the Walmart in East Meadow where the victim was an 18-year-old female shopper.
At his arraignment, Francis pleaded not guilty to three charges of forcible touching.
The judge set bail at $15,000 and Francis is due back in court on Aug. 4.
The judge also issued an order of protection for each of the three victims.
Police say there may be more victims. Anyone with information can call the Third Squad Detective at 516-573-6353.
