Police say a 65-year-old woman is recovering from broken bones and a brain bleed after a hit-and-run early this morning in Trenton.

Two other people were also struck and injured in the crash that happened on South Broad Street just before 2 a.m.

All three victims were taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center for treatment. Police say a 40-year-old man was treated for a broken rib and a 56-year-old woman was treated for an unspecified, but nonlife-threatening, knee injury.

Trenton police say they found the damaged car, an Acura sedan, abandoned a few blocks away. The investigation continues as police say they're looking for the driver who ran off.
