Traffic, parking violation fines would rise under Curran proposal

<p>Fines for traffic and parking violations -- including red light camera tickets -- could increase by 2 percent, topping out at $95 before administrative fees, if a proposal by Nassau County Executive Laura Curran is approved.</p>
