Traffic Alert: Overnight LIE closures to begin in North Hempstead for construction
Westbound lanes between Exit 39, which is Glen Cove Road, and Exit 37, which is Willis Avenue, will close from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. for about three weeks, starting tonight.

Overnight closures will begin this week on a portion of the Long Island Expressway in North Hempstead.
Westbound lanes between Exit 39, which is Glen Cove Road, and Exit 37, which is Willis Avenue, will close from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. for about three weeks, starting tonight.
The closure is due to a bridge painting project.
